About the Role:
As our AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll ensure every pilot client has a seamless, technically robust onboarding. You own the technical relationship—configuring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and enabling secure, scalable deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all technical implementation and integration workstreams for pilots

• Configure SSO, APIs, and data connectors in enterprise client environments

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical onboarding issues

• Work closely with Security and Compliance to ensure client readiness

• Educate clients’ technical teams on best practices and platform capabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in enterprise SaaS integrations, SSO, API, or cloud infrastructure

• Hands-on expertise with modern stacks (Node.js/TS, REST, cloud, security protocols)

• Experience with regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.) is a plus
