About the Role:
As our Pilot Program Manager, you’ll be the orchestrator of successful enterprise AI governance pilots. You will manage pilot rollout from kickoff to delivery, coordinate internal teams, and ensure every client touchpoint exceeds expectations. You thrive working with senior stakeholders in regulated industries, and you know how to keep complex projects on track and measurable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all pilot activities for enterprise clients

• Build detailed project plans, timelines, and status updates

• Communicate progress and risks to both client and internal teams

• Run weekly stand-ups, executive briefings, and retrospective reviews

• Translate client feedback into requirements for Product/Engineering

• Drive post-pilot reporting, documentation, and recommendations

Requirements:

• 4+ years in enterprise project/program management (AI, SaaS, compliance a plus)

• Experience in high-touch client environments (Fortune 1000, regulated sectors)

• Outstanding communication and executive presence

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, scaling environment
